Refund policy

Everything sold here is digital and opens the moment you pay: the full prompt, the reference sheets and the walkthrough appear on the page straight away. Because what you buy cannot be returned once it has been read, all sales are final, with the exceptions below.

When you do get a refund

• You were charged twice for the same thing.
• You paid, but the content never opened for you and we could not fix it within 7 days of you telling us.
• A refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.

Write to almamotionstudio@gmail.com with the email you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, our payment provider, and access to the refunded content ends.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

By buying, you ask for the digital content to be provided immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it has been made available to you.

Membership

You can cancel a monthly or yearly membership at any time from your account, or by writing to us. You keep access until the end of the month or year you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Periods already paid for are not refunded, in full or in part.

Before you buy

Every paid breakdown shows the finished video, the raw footage, the references and the opening of the prompt before you pay, so you can judge exactly what you are getting. Two breakdowns are completely free — start with those if you are unsure.
